- Group toolbar controls by function (Statement, Period, Mode, Scale)
- Move Trend Chart above Matrix, hidden by default
- Add chart toggle to toolbar actions
- Flatten all sections: remove card styling, use subtle dividers
- Update StatementRowInspector and NormalizationSummary with flat layout
